What forms of payment does your site accept?
We accept Bank-in/Cash Deposit, Internet Banking Fund Transfer, Cash-on-delivery and PayPal. Inter-bank fund transfer is acceptable. More information will be provided via email after placing your order.

Kindly noted that Cash-on-delivery is only valid with meet-up in Singapore or Johor Bahru, whilst PayPal is only applicable to International customers.

How do I pay with paypal because the website doesn’t have a shopping cart?

How do I place an order?
Simply complete the Order Form provided at our website and click “submit”. An order confirmation email will be then sent to you within 24 hours. Information including the payment methods and shipping charges will be shown on that email.

How many days do I have to wait for my product to be delivered to me?
You might have to wait for 3-5 weeks for delivery if you place order to those products which state “Available for pre-order”.

What does "pre-order" means?
It means that we have currently run out of stock but you can still place your order first. Once the stocks reach Singapore, we will ship your order as soon as possible. Waiting time varies and depends on the shipper’s processing time. Generally, 3-5 weeks are needed to ship your pre-ordered items.

What if the goods delivered has defects?
All our products are in prime quality. We don’t sell those expired products to you. Don’t worry.

Can I ask for refund?
Refund is not available at this moment.

Can I cancel my order?
Order can only be cancelled within 24 hours once the order is placed. After that period, no cancellation of order can be made.

How do I join the newsletter group?

How do I make a product request?
If you did not find the products you wanted, you can submit a product request to us. We can quote a good price to you. However, your product request is subjected to approval

What kind of shipping methods do you have?
For Malaysian Customers, we ship your order by either Registered Parcel which is free or charge or Pos Laju. However, you might need to top up as follows in order to opt for Pos Laju shipping option.

RM 5 (Malaysia Peninsular)
RM 7 (Sarawak or Sabah)

For Singapore Customers, we ship your order by either Normal Mail or Registered Mail. Normal Mail comes complementary to you but you might have to top up SIN $2.24 in order to opt for Registered Mail.

We always encourage our customers to opt for Registered Mail in order to prevent any losses of mails.
