Instructions

Upper Teeth:
1.	Do not brush immediately before applying strips.
2.	Open blue pouch marked "Upper" and remove strip.
3.	Find zigzag slit. Separate slit to expose edge of textured whitening strip. Slowly peel strip off clear backing. The gel side is placed against the teeth. Note: some border material will remain on the backing liner after the strip is removed. This material serves to protect the strip. Using a mirror, place strip on front teeth, aligning top of strip with your gum line.
4.	Wipe up any saliva on your teeth by using tissue papers and press gently to ensure good contact with teeth.
5.	Fold the rest of the strip behind your teeth to keep it in place.
6.	Wear for 30 minutes and remove. Rinse, brush or wipe away any remaining gel.

Lower Teeth:
1.	Repeat the process on your lower teeth. The lower strip has a different shape to better fit the lower teeth.
2.	Place strip on lower teeth, aligning the bottom of strip with your gum line.
3.	Fold the rest of the strip behind your teeth to keep it in place.

Reviews

This product worked great for me. I've been using it since 2002. I do experience tooth sensitivity, but it goes away within a week after I've finished with the application. I use the strips when I know I will NOT be talking. But they do work, even in the crevices between my teeth. I have a GREAT WHITE smile and I love it. I recommend it to all who ask, and I don't typically recommend many products.

Crest Whitestrips Renewal, Age Defying Strips rates 1 out of 5 stars, from 11 customer reviews. While these strips did whiten my teeth somewhat at first, the effect rapidly wore off. I tried using them again several months later, but I saw no change whatsoever.

I only gave the Whitestrips 4 stars because they do not adhere to your teeth very well. Forget about talking on the phone with them on (as the box suggests). With talking, they come right off! When I keep my mouth shut, the strips stay on and they really work wonders.
