Instructions

Upper Teeth:
1.	Do not brush immediately before applying strips.
2.	Open blue pouch marked "Upper" and remove strip.
3.	Find zigzag slit. Separate slit to expose edge of textured whitening strip. Slowly peel strip off clear backing. The gel side is placed against the teeth. Note: some border material will remain on the backing liner after the strip is removed. This material serves to protect the strip. Using a mirror, place strip on front teeth, aligning top of strip with your gum line.
4.	Wipe up any saliva on your teeth by using tissue papers and press gently to ensure good contact with teeth.
5.	Fold the rest of the strip behind your teeth to keep it in place.
6.	Wear for 30 minutes and remove. Rinse, brush or wipe away any remaining gel.

Lower Teeth:
1.	Repeat the process on your lower teeth. The lower strip has a different shape to better fit the lower teeth.
2.	Place strip on lower teeth, aligning the bottom of strip with your gum line.
3.	Fold the rest of the strip behind your teeth to keep it in place.

Reviews

Although the whitening is gradual, the fact that you only wear them for 5 minutes a day works with my busy schedule. I went through the process of a full 2 week cleaning, so now I use these to keep it up. Especially since I drink a cup of coffee every day, I use these couple of times a week to clean any coffee stains. Works like a charm!!!

Crest Whitestrips Daily Multicare rates 3 out of 5 stars, from 5 customer reviews. There was a slight improvement but I would not buy these again. I'd try some other brand.

Crest Whitestrips Daily Multicare rates 2 out of 5 stars, from 5 customer reviews. No teeth sensitivity, when I used this product, but I have now gone through the whole box. The only a small difference is the whiteness of my teeth. They just didnt seem to whiten much and I would not recommend them
